In accordance with the guidelines set by the Board and the Manager of the organization, she/he will take an active role in the following operating processes of the organization: management improvement, launching of innovation projects to foster the Basque scientific system, management of research talent, diffusion and communication in the digital era.

The person selected should have a Bachelor or Engineering degree and proven experience in similar positions (consultancy, research centres,...). Experience in the scientific sector will be welcomed. She/he must have an excellent level of English, Basque and Spanish, spoken and written. We are looking for a results driven person with strong teamwork capabilities.
